Welcome
to the California Riviera Home Owners Association!
This site has been created to provide an expedient and efficient forum
for communication among the homeowners and the Board of Directors of the
California Riviera Homeowners' Association. The Board encourages all members
of the association to assist us in making this site as informative and
useful as possible. To that end, we invite your comments and suggestions.
Please use the e-mail links incorporated throughout this website to submit
questions, concerns, suggestions or news you would like to share with
other homeowners.
Working together with you, our fellow homeowners, we believe that we can
make this web site a valuable resource for all of us.
PLEASE NOTE: The California Riviera Covenants, Conditions
& Restrictions -- which apply to all property in the California Riviera
tracts -- require that plans for construction or landscaping be submitted
to and approved by the Association before work begins. This includes
demolition of existing homes or other structures, the construction of new
homes, remodeling which affects the exterior or the square footage of a
house (including changing windows, doors or exterior railings, or adding
skylights, air conditioning or solar equipment), replacement of a roof,
and the addition of or changes to landscaping or hardscaping (including exterior fireplaces, pools, spas, fences, walls, gates, hedges, walks, driveways, mailbox structures and planting and other improvements in the City-owned parkway area (12 to 15 feet) between the street and the property line). Please see the Association's Architectural Guidelines and application forms, the most current versions of which can be downloaded from the Documents/Forms page of this web site.
